Nectra Studio ("we", "us", or "our") creates and sells digital products such as Framer templates, UI kits, tools, and online courses. All content and products are the intellectual property of Nectra Studio unless otherwise stated.

2. Use of Digital Products

By purchasing a digital product from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial projects, subject to the licensing terms included with each product.

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or share the product files
Claim the product or its design as your own
Use the product in any way that violates any laws or regulations

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds unless there is a technical issue that prevents access to the product and we are unable to resolve it.

4. Account & Access

Some products or services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity under it.

You may not share login credentials or give others access to gated content or paid products.

All content, designs, templates, lessons, videos, and other materials provided by Nectra Studio are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nectra Studio is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the EU.
